New Direction

I know I haven't blogged in some time, but I have been doing a lot of thinking.  There are a lot of things going on and I just had to prioritize things.  Not only that I felt I was over loaded with things and a lot of it was because it needed to be refocused.  One of those things is my blog.

I really needed to think about what I wanted to do with my blog... continue the randomness and numerous things on here that I have not utilized in some time... or do I refocus my blog and give it new purpose and more direction.  So many things to think about... but I think after talking with my husband it is clear that I will keep the main purpose of my blog at heart, but tweak some things.

So there will be some new things coming and old things going... so stay tuned for a new look (fingers crossed) and more blog posts and vlogs as well.  More explanation on change and details and why in a later blog post.  If all goes good it will hopefully make some great headway this coming week.

Insanity Fit Test: 1st One

Here are our 1st Days Results for the Insanity Fit Test:

Mr. O:

Apparently I need a lot of work... go figure lol.  Hoping my next test time I show improvement.  Though I will say this along with the two Zombies, Run! missions I did is good for starting.  1st mission was 45 minutes and 2nd mission was 40 minutes.  So all in all I feel great for actually starting and next goal is to keep going :)

Starting Results

So as promised here are my hubs and I's starting results so at the end of the 60 days we can see the progress we have made.  Fingers crossed we see some awesome results.

So we weren't able to do the body fat thing because the batteries are dead... so that may come later.  Also, I did take pictures, but I will upload those in a separate post... hopefully later today or tomorrow.  So this post will share our weight and measurements :)

*All our measurements are in inches.  Waist is done at natural bend... so lean to side and where the fold is in your side is your natural waist.  Hips are done at hip bone area.  Chest at nipple line.
