Update 2: D-Chiro-Inositol (DCI)

Time for another update on my progress thus far with DCI.  It's been about a week and a half  since I started taking it and was amazed at the things I noticed within three day, which some of you may have read about... if not you can read it here.

Anywhootie, on to my further update.  What I have noticed now is that not only do I still have more energy and am sleeping better my temperament has changed.  Many ladies with PCOS deal with being quick to anger or having emotions going all over the place... one because of unbalanced hormones and two cause of high testosterone.  I often would have mood swings and get angry quickly at my husband... not with anyone else, but for some reason I would with my hubs.  Thank God he is understanding and realizes it's because of PCOS... either way it sucks when it happens.

He says I have been more cheerful and up beat.  He, also, pointed out I haven't had a downer day since I have taken it... and when I thought about it, he was right.  I haven't, which may I say is awesome.  Sad that I had to think about it, but hey when you have deal with it on a regular basis you don't really think about it... cause it just feels it's part of your every day routine.

Another thing I noticed is the hair on my face is not growing as fast... it has slowed down some.  I couldn't more excited.  Sad to say I have to shave my upper lip every day if I don't want any hair showing, but yesterday I did not have to and I really didn't have to today either... so awesome.

One other thing I have notices is my dark patches on neck are starting to look lighter... I keep feeling like it may just be me, but I really think they are starting too.  I mean yeah they are still there, but I think they are lightening, which is awesome.  I took a pic last week and I plan to take another one in a few more weeks.. that way I can compare them.  I may share those with everyone... if I can get past the embarrassment of them.

I am in awe at how wonderful DCI has worked and if you suffer from PCOS it would be something you may want to look into.  I am only taking one pill a day... I know some take two, but I started out low to see if that would work first and it is.  So I am extremely happy about the progress I am seeing.

I can't wait to share another update in another week or so, until then have a fab day.
